providing a self catering holiday at Vicarsford Farmhouse. The information that we collect

• Arrange bookings at Vicarsford Farmhouse
• Communicate with you throughout the booking process and manage your holiday experience
• Inform you of any changes that may be applicable to your booking
• Analyse and review yourexperience of booking and staying with Vicarsford Farmhouse.

The name and age of the other members in your group is also requested at the time of booking however this is not used for any purpose other than to protect the security of the property and to ensure the property is being used within the terms and conditions. With the exception of the lead member, the group members will not be sent any form of communication and no contact information is requested.
In relation to your holiday your information may be shared with housekeeping staff only if it is necessary to enhance your guest experience. All information is kept for the period of your booking, holiday and such reasonable time thereafter, this information is stored securely by third parties Super Control and Vital Hike.
